We wish to advise that we are upgrading our website and have closed our affiliate program.

We will reinstate a new system in 2020 and will invite all suitably active affiliates to join the new program.

Terms and Conditions I agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement to be an authorized affiliate of Great Ideas in Nutrition. I have read, understand and accept the following terms and conditions of this agreement. As a participant in this affiliate program, I hereby agree to be bound by and warrant their full compliance with the following Terms and Conditions, along with the Terms and Use, and Privacy Policy and Brand Image Policy provided on the Website, whose terms are incorporated herein by reference. Form Signup Completion of signup confirms my participation in the program which is solely for the purpose of advertising the Great Ideas in Nutrition website to receive a commission on products purchased by my referred customers. Responsibilities I understood that I will introduce Great Ideas in Nutrition products to my current and prospective customers and I will comply with all laws as well those that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws. Great Ideas in Nutrition reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective customers and will pay me a commission per sale completed using my affiliate code according to the designated payment schedule. Great Ideas in Nutrition or I may terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time. I am only eligible to earn Affiliate payments during my time as an approved Affiliate. Great Ideas in Nutrition may change the program or service policies and operating procedures at any time. Relationship I understand that this Affiliate relationship is one of independent contractors. Great Ideas in Nutrition will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this program and Great Ideas in Nutrition’s aggregate liability arising with respect to this program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to me. Great Ideas in Nutrition makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the program. In addition, Great Ideas in Nutrition makes no representation that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Great Ideas in Nutrition will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. Revocation of Affiliate Status My affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks) Illegal spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.) Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities Violation of intellectual property rights Inability to setup links or refer clients to Great Ideas in Nutrition (lack of performance) Affiliate Links I may use graphic and text links both on my website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. I may use the graphics and text provided to me by Great Ideas in Nutrition, or you may create my own as long as deemed appropriate according to the conditions above. Terms of the agreement These terms will begin upon signup with the affiliate program and will end when my affiliate account is terminated. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable by me, I can terminate my affiliate account. I understand my continuing participation in the program constitutes my acceptance of any change. Liability Great Ideas in Nutrition will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. Great Ideas in Nutrition makes no expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. Great Ideas in Nutrition makes no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and the Great Ideas in Nutrition website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. By submitting my application, I acknowledge that I have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
