How We Use This Product

Our Dietitians recommend Proganics as the dairy free shake of choice for pre and post bariatric surgery regimes. We choose this product based on taste acceptance and nutrient profile. 

For non bariatric use we recommend 2 shakes per day with one balanced main meal per day. 

For bariatric use we recommend 3 shakes per day plus unlimited low starch vegetables plus other options outlined in our “Free Vegetables” cookbook presurgery and 3 shakes per day plus bariatric vitamins post surgery. 

Directions For Use

Mix 1 sachet in with 300ml+ of cold water or your favourite milk in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds until the powder is combined. Consume immediately
