Q How long will my order take?
A Orders are dispatched twice weekly and can take up to 10 working days to receive.  Some items may be out of stock.  We may notify you of any delays greater than 2 weeks.
Q What if I have an urgent order?
A You may request that the items available immediately be sent urgently. Items on backorder will attract additional postage. You can also request express post at an additional charge.
Q Is it safe to send my credit card details?
A Yes, this is a secure site. If you remain concerned you can phone through your credit card details during office hours.

Q I am outside Australia. Can I place an order?
A Yes, submit your order and we will quote the postage cost. Orders outside of Australia may attract additional duty and taxes on import based on the country of order.
