Postage & Handling within Australia
Standard postage charged at:
$7.50 for orders under $25
$14.50 for orders valued at $25-$450
and postage charges are waived for orders over $450*
*This calculation of value excludes food models and presentation folders which have postage included in the sales price. Food models also attract a $3.50 handling fee per delivery.
Orders outside Australia – postage and handling costs quoted individually.
Deliveries are usually sent by Australia Post.
Most items are shipped within 5 days and can take up to 10 days for delivery. Some items may be temporarily out of stock. You may be notified of any delays greater than 2 weeks.
Any requests for split deliveries will attract additional post.
Please note - any bulk orders placed incorrectly will be required to pay both the return postage and the ACTUAL cost of postage for the correct order resent.
Orders made through this website
No refunds given for resources purchased unless deemed faulty. A credit note may be issued within two weeks of purchase if the resource is unused / unopened excluding consumable products which are sold on a firm sale basis. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
All online orders must be paid for at time of order or prior to dispatch. You will be notified of any delays over 2 weeks. Hospital purchase orders accepted.
All items are sold on a firm sale basis. Please contact us regarding orders incorrectly placed, incorrectly filled or damaged.
Orders delivered with Free Shipping will be charged the actual cost of shipping if the goods are to be returned or replaced for reasons other than supplier error. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Wholesale orders placed incorrectly will be required to pay both the return shipping and the original actual cost of shipping the product, prior to replacement of the goods.
A 30 day Defect Warranty (from date of purchase) applies to Portion Perfection plates and bowls purchased from Great Ideas in Nutrition. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material under normal use during the Warranty period. During the Warranty period, Great Ideas in Nutrition will repair or replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material, under normal use and maintenance. All postage associated with returns and replacements is the responsibility of the customer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material. Breakages will not be replaced.
To obtain warranty service you must contact Great Ideas in Nutrition within 30 days of purchase date to discuss a solution.
